▸1. The Service

• •Vozzo is a personal finance management platform that allows users to track expenses and income via WhatsApp messages (text or voice) and a web application.
• •The service is provided by Pelloso Holdings LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609, USA.

▸2. Eligibility

• •You must be at least 18 years old to use Vozzo.
• •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• •One person may not maintain more than one free account.

▸3. Subscription Plans and Payment

• •Vozzo offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business) with different feature limits.
• •Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
• •All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region.
• •Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Vozzo does not store your payment card information.
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• •You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

▸4. Refund Policy

• •Annual subscriptions: full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the account has no recorded transactions (first use not detected in our systems).
• •EU/EEA users: full refund within 14 days of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, provided the account has no recorded transactions.
• •After the eligible period or after first use: no refunds. Access continues until the end of the annual period.
• •Monthly subscriptions: no refunds. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• •Refund eligibility is determined automatically by our systems based on the first recorded transaction date.
• •To request a refund, email contact@vozzo.app with your account email. Requests are processed within 5 business days.

▸5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• •Use Vozzo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• •Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without prior written permission.
• •Share your account credentials with third parties.
• •Use the service to process financial data of third parties without their consent.

▸6. Your Data and Content

• •You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into Vozzo.
• •By using Vozzo, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
• •You may export all your data in CSV format at any time via the app.
• •Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
• •We do not use your financial data to train AI models or for any purpose other than operating Vozzo.

▸7. Intellectual Property

• •Vozzo, its logo, design, and software are the exclusive property of Pelloso Holdings LLC.
• •Vozzo® is a registered trademark of Pelloso Holdings LLC.
• •You may not use our brand, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.

▸8. Service Availability

• •We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• •We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
• •We are not liable for temporary service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

▸9. Limitation of Liability

• •Vozzo provides financial tracking tools only — we are not a bank, financial advisor, or accounting service.
• •We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on data tracked in Vozzo.
• •To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pelloso Holdings LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
• •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

▸10. Termination

• •You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
• •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• •Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

▸11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

▸12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, except where prohibited by your local mandatory consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country.
